what should be my general rank in jee advanced to get SC rank below 200 ?

Well, it all depends on the overall ranking of the general as well as category students when the result comes out. No exact rank can be given right now because it varies every year according to the number of students appearing/passed the examination. So please try to understand this and wait until the result comes out after JEE Advanced 2017 is done and dusted.
