The minimum marks to qualify in EAMCET is 25% marks that is 40 marks out of 160 for general category candidates. For SC/ST categories there is no minimum marks to qualify. Scoring the minimum marks may not help you fetch a seat in top universities like Andhra University, JNTU-Kakinada, SVU etc. Cut off is institute depend and it depends on category. You have not mentioned your category.Nevertheless, if you belong to general category you need to score 140 or above marks, if you belong to BC category then you need to score 125 or above marks and if you belong to SC/ST category you need to score 110 or above to have decent chances of getting seat in computer science engineering.
