What should be my order of preference in new IITS for mtech in VLSI design interms of teaching and good exposure to advanced labs?

Old IITs are good. I will write as per the preference given:
IISC CEDT
IIT D - IEC AND VDTT
IIT B - ES AND MICRO
IIT M - BEST FOR ANALOG ( REALLY INTERESTED ANALOG GUYS SHOULD OPT FOR DIRECT PHD OR MS)
As fas as new IIT's are concerned, last to last year IIIH discontinued the VLSi course same with IIT mandi.
So, if you can get new IIT's then please opt for the best NIT's for VLSI other than new IIT's.
