What should be my priority order while selecting engineering college; faculty, placement, city etc. ?

Your priority order should be based on your interest in the field you're planning to undertake and then the college (rank and reputation of the college etc.). After that, placement, faculty and city should be considered whilst making a decision. Well while selecting engineering college.The first thing you should look for is the campus placements.That matters the most and will affect your future.Next priority shown be city, based upon your comfort you should select the city.If you are not comfortable then you won't be able to concentrate on your studies.Then comes faculty.They too play an important role.

Its better if you take your final decision based on your preferences but i would just give my point of view.
1)faculty
2)placement
3)NIRF ranking (how ranking has changed over years)
4)location
5)infrastructure
you can change them according to ur convinience.
