What should be the least state rank for joining a private medical college in Karnataka? The 6.8 lakh fee one

It would be better if you mention the name of that college. But, generally a score of 475+ is considered safe to join a medical college in Karnataka. It means an AIR below 35,000 is safe.
But, always try to do better as cutoffs vary each year and it's always good to score high enough to get a seat of your choice.
All the best.

Thanks for the question
NEET marks above 490 are very sufficient to get a reasonably fee regulated college.
Since all the private colleges are under COMEDK hence most colleges have same fees.
Good luck
