according to 2018 cutoff marks, for a an obc candidate to get into jee advance to qualify for IIT the minimum marks to get in each subject is " 11 " and the minimum aggregate marks to get to get into iit are " 81 "
however they are based on previous years and this year it may vary.it better you forget the cutoff marks and focus on your preparation better and score as much as you can.
stick to basics do mocks and revise well.
