Since you did not specify any particular NIT, I will try to answer your question on stats based on top NIT which is NIT Trichy.

I will provide you the highest closing rank which will give you estimate of the marks you should aim for and higher.

For NIT Trichy and under Female Only(including supernumerary) seat, the closing rank was 35773 for OPEN Category [HS] in Chemical Engineering. Which comes around 110 Marks

For [OS] it is 14961.
