What should be time table 2 track IIT JEE while in class 9.

You must study normally focusing on your 9th and 10th standard. You should start preparing from 11th standard.

Two years of complete dedication and devotion after 10th would be enough to take you to the summit.

I would rather say you to relax for a while as you have a lot of time left with you for preparation of jee mains and advanced.As of now concentrate on gaining concepts of class 9th and class 10th.Only if your class 9th and 10th concepts are clear then only you will understand  the concepts of 11th.
Go a bit slowly and try to learn new things and the timetable for your preparation depends on your choice.As of now i will recommend you to clear class 10th board exams first because 2 years of preparation is sufficient to crack any engineering entrance exams.
