What should I choose on the bases of placement only PEC Chandigarh electrical eng. Or SGSIT Indore CSE

In terms of placement, both colleges are good. It depends on your field of interest whether you like CSE or electrical engineering.
PEC - B.E. In Electrical engineering was offered the highest salary of Rs 1750000 p/a to the graduates of 2017 batch. Average salary offered in electrical engineering is about 6-7 Lacs p/a. The lowest salary offered may be between 3-4 lakes p/a. Placement records are very good in PEC with more than 95% students being placed. Various Internships are offered to the students.
SGSITS - The average salary package offered for CSE and IT students is 4-5 LPA. Placements for IT and CSE are decent relative to other colleges of the city, both around 7.5 LPA CTC. Tech companies such as Delloite, Goldman Sachs and Adobe are major recruiters for CSE and IT students. The packages usually range from 3 LPA to 24LPA.
