What should I do after BSC botany honours???

It all depends on your choice that whether you want to study further or you want to apply for jobs.firstly if you want to study further then you pursue MSc from government college,I will recommend you to do MSc from a government college only as it will enhance your reputation when you will go for the interview or you can prepare for NET/SET and pursue MPhil or Phd.
secondly if you want to do job after pursuing Bsc then you can work as a field assistant,technical assistant and scientific assistant in Indian agricultural research institute or in botanical survey of india.i hope this information helps you.
