What should I do if I have a free ship card and my college demands tuition fees for both Sem Five and Sem six

take it up to the administration. The free ship will be valid depending on your cgpa, if its Low they have the authority to cancel the scholarship and if you talk to the administration about your fee they will clarify it to you.
