What should I do if I have not studied class 11th well and studying 12th by cbse to qualify jee main.?

No you don't need to pursue your 11th and 12th from cbse to clear jee mains as there's no criteria in jee that says that candidates should be from cbse board. Actually it doesn't matter which board are you from, what matters is that how much effort are you putting for your jee mains preparation. There are large number of students who clear jee with a good rank even though they were from state boards. So you can study in state board or any other board of your choice and if you prepare well and remain dedicated, you can clear it too.

I'm not asking about board but about the loss I have done class 11th...

Hey Priyanshu,
It's ok that you have not studied 11th that well but since you have already realized it you can start over again. Don't think about what you have lost but about what strategies will be helpful for you. Plan according to the syllabus and time left and start preparing as per the plan. Don't forget to stick on the plan.
