What should I do to get general category certificate?

Hello!
You can obtain a general category certificate from an officer not below the rank of a tehsildar of the concerned area.
The officer who issues the certificate would do the same after verifying all relevant documents following due process as prescribed by the State/UTs.
you need to furnish certificates showing your family income and land holding to get the certificate issued.
The total family income should not be more than Rs. 8 lakh in the preceding financial year. Total income refers to total salary, income from agriculture, business, profession and other sources. Family includes a candidate's parents, spouse ,siblings and children.
