What should I do to get into IITs and how should I prepare myself from standard 10?

You should not worry about IITs just concentrate on your boards exam. 10th class is a base for entrance exams. So, just concentrate on your studies you don't have to study extra for IIT preparation.
At this time your boards are most important.
