What should i fill in jee mains form 12 appearing or 12 passed if i will be giving improvement exam this year(2020).If i will fill appered then i have to fill all the details of class 12th, 2019.

You should fill the form as an appearing candidate as you're appearing for the board exam this year and your admissions will reflected direct on your board marks.
