What should I fill in the column "Month/Year of Passing/Appearing" as Board Exams this Year are starting from mid Feb ?

The month and year of passing is that when your result is announced. The year of passing 2020 and considering it CBSE , it announces its result in month of may or june so you can mention likewise.

yes, but in case of Appearing, should I fill Feb or March, as Exams are starting from Feb and Ending in March
