Apart from PCM I would give you one more suggestion to get into IIT (Though it does not matter weather one should get into IIT or not but what really matters is if one got the knowledge of subjects are not).

Start teaching your friends whatever you learn or start teaching to juniors students.

When you teach others then your concepts also get cleared and it also improve your overall personality( which even help for interviews later on).

MARK My words!!! It will change your personality 180 degree ( on Positive side :))
