According to me, to get placed for any position,
It is very important to have basic knowledge of the field and clear insights of the job position which would help you clear the written test round.
Next, in Group Discussion or interview it is necessary to have verbal communication skills, language proficiency, listening and analytical thinking skills alongwith promptness and presence of mind.
