What the last AIR rank who selected for 2019 in veterinary college Gen. Catogre
Hello
Admission to a veterinary collegeis not just a matter of securing good marks in neet. Neet only has 15% of the total number of seats for vet colleges and the rest fall under the respective state exams held for various veterinary, agriculture, nursing courses etc. This means that the students who want BVSc via neet score have to work double compared to those who have gone from state level exams for the same seat in the same college. In order to get admission to 449 veterinary seats, the eligible candidates have to qualify NEET entrance exam. Since you ahve not mentioned which exam you are asking about if it is AIPVT You can check out https://aipvt.vci.nic.in/Documents/Result-Rank.pdf . As far as NEET is concerned it is 425- 450 score - All India quota Govt seat (for general)
For General merit students approx - 320 - 400 score - State govt quota (Depends on state domicile)
For Private colleges - There are very few Private colleges in India for veterinary - lesser neet score will do as the private college fee is on a higher side compared to Govt colleges.
