hello student. CAI is computer science with Artificial engineering. And cse is the usual cse degree which we all are familiar with. These days, colleges are introducing special courses in the degrees. For example, cse with business management, cse with cyber security, cse with ai etc.

Having a specialised course is really good for future purposes than having a degree alone. I suggest you to take CAI. But again, take a proper research on AI and choose that. Know that if you are intrested in this domain or not.
