After the result is announced, you can apply for JEE Advanced if you fall within the eligibility criteria. However, if you do not wish to go for JEE Advanced then you can register for JoSAA Counselling which is conducted for admissions into the NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. The registrations for JoSAA will commence tentatively in the second week of June 2018. The official dates have not been released as of yet. Choice filling has to be done after which the allotment will be done based on your ranking, selection of choice and availability of seat. For more information read JoSAA Counselling
