There are 3 options provided in each round of JOSAA counselling namely float, slide and freeze. In case you have opted for freeze option then your selected choice will be locked and the seat will be yours, you'll just have to wait and regularly check the allotted institute website for any updates related to admissions. However, you'll have to pay the seat acceptance(according to your category) fee regardless of the choice you take.
