Sir , i apperd in gate 2016 exam i have enrollement id , but now when i used that id to fill drdo sector form it show error of invalid id

Sorry but you are late and there is no way you can fill the GATE 2018 application now. Submission is closed and they are pretty strict about this. They don't have any provision for late fee etc.So you may have to consider it next year only.
