First of all don't be negative. Wait for the result of your exam and hope for the best always. And if result is postive go for the best that you have already decided.
In any case if the result is negative, don't be sad and start to think about now what.... Don't let youself down and find the best way for the further process. You have not mentioned any information regarding the type of exam and your targets. So just wait for result and if any doubts you're going through then asked about it and also get some best suggestions from the platform.
