What to do if I have been withdrawn from second counselling because of not paying fee(20000) on time is there any way to again participate in second couselling

Dear Aspirant, it's mandatory to pay 20k in the initial round whether you choose float or freeze otherwise you can't participate in further rounds of counselling. If your name has been withdrawn you can participate in spot counseling. In this under management quota on the spot admissions are done against the vacant seats left during the counseling.
