What to do if in jac-delhi on jossa,we got a college but we don't want to take admission in it though continuing the counselling?

If you don't want a particular college that you got after the first round, then it is not compulsory to take admission in it rather you can wait for the release of the second merit list.
Even, if you have taken admission in one college, then you can withdraw it but it will cost you a fine.
But, you need to be confident that you will clear the cutoff of your desired college.
