If you didn't get any college in the first round of the counseling that means you did not cross the minimum cutoff for the colleges. You can or need not change your choices in the next round of the counseling. The cutoff in the next rounds of the counseling is generally lower as compared to the first round so you might get the college you want.

You don't need to do anything regarding upgradation during counselling if seats are left you would be automatically upgraded in next round but still you can apply to next round of counselling and you're going to definitely get yht admission of your choice so good luck to you and all the very best!!

Dear aspirant, if you do not get a college of  your choice in the round then you need to keep that seat as a backup and wait for the second counselling to fill the college of your choice or if you do not want the college you got then you can just leav that seat and wait for the second counselling only.
