What to do when neet omr response and final scores released by nta don't match?.....I got 604(according to the omr) but nta released 599 AS final score.

The mistake in scores released by NTA have very less probability of getting wrong as it is rigorously checked and is also computed.
You should rematch your omr scores and if still you feel like you have been wrongly evaluated, you can email to the NTAs official email id designated for such queries.
