Hello,
If you are appearing for improvement or have appeared for improvement exam in your 12th then there will be a section where you have to answer yes where the question will be like "Appeared or appearing for improvement for 12 exam".
that is what which is needed to do and rest will stay same as per your details and documents.

Mam, when i choose appearing , it's asking for my school name amd code but I'm a private student now so what to do?
You should know your +2 college name and code. If you don't know then go n collect it.
What school mam? I'm a private candidate now.
The code is your intermediate colleges code. You know your intermediate college name. You may not have the code so just collect it. It might be written somewhere like your registration form or admit card. Better to go to your institute and collect it
