State/UT of Board/University means the state or the union territory from where you have completed your 12th. For example, if you have studied your intermediate from Karnataka, then you have to choose Karnataka there. If you have studied in Delhi, you have to select that option. It depends on where you have studied your 12th. You can click on the drop down option available there. It will show all the states and union territories of India. So you can select your's from the list.

What if i completed my 12 from bihar but from cbse nd when i select bihar it doesn't not show the cbse option in board what do i do, help me out last day to fill this form is 19 dec.

Hello Sir , while filling ssc chsl application form it was written ( state/ut of board/university) and next was ( name of board/university ) . I passed 12th with cbse board from haryana. BUT i filled delhi in 1st and cbse in 2nd. will they consider it ?? haryana and others was to be filled.
