what to wear in dress in neet ,can i wear black pjama and red top t-shirt it is simple but have some nag type design on one side and it is half sleeves!!?

The dress code for neet should be completely simple. Yes you can definitely wear the dress you specified in the question but, it would be much better if you make your t-shirt a little more simple. Wear a simple t-shirt with no embelishments and do not wear any jewelry like earrings, nosepin, or watch. Half sleeves is perfect.
