What to write in qualifying exam in AIIMS UG form as I am in 12 CBSE and appearing in March?

And one more doubt is that should i send any sort of mail to aiims website regarding my corrections 'now' or wait till the correction date. Mam, i have got the print out of my incorrect registered form and that is why I'm pestering you..

AIIMS examination accepts applications from candidates who are appearing for their Class 12 examination in the current academic year and also the students who have passed the same. Since you are appearing for your Class 12 boards that are to take place in March this year, so in the qualifying examination dropdown you should you enter the option as ‘Appearing’. Also, as you have completed your Class 10th from ICSE, so for the examination asked you should choose the option ‘Other Equivalent’ and then enter your board as ICSE and then your roll number for the Class 10 ICSE examination.
