what topics I should do to score great marks in IPU cet B-tech

The level of CET is not high as JEE Main so if you are clear with the basic concepts of class 11th & 12th then you can score good marks in the exam.

Here are some of the important topics you can prefer given below:

Maths : limit continuity and Differentiability, Integration, Basic Probability and basic traces of conic section.

Chemistry : Inorganic chemistry (strictly from NCERT), Electrochemistry , Ionic equilibrium, Basic organic reactions from NCERT.

Physcs : Waves, Modern Physics, Basic moment of inertia questions etc.
