Hello Aspirant.
The level of questions in BITSAT is quite similar to that of JEE main examination. Both would be mcq type answering and would contain 4 options. The number of questions in BITSAT would be more as compared to JEE mains.
JEE main has a negative marking of 1/4 whereas BITSAT has a negative marking of 1/3.
