what was counselling fees for deemed university... through neet 2019... will this would be refundable or not???

Hey,
At the time of counselling the candidates are required to deposit two types of fees, a non refundable fee of 5000 and security deposit of 2 lakh rupees. The security deposit is given to the deemed university in which the student has took the admission and is adjusted in the first year fee or else it will be directly credited back to student's bank account provided at the time of counselling.
