    It varies college to college & branch wise. But minimum you need to score more than 90 in JEE Main Entrance exam to get admission in IIITs. For further detail about the cutoff rank of IITs you can go through with given below link.

    Try to score more than 85 marks in JEE Main to get admission in IIITs in other state quota. Cut off marks also varies branches-wise.
