Process of counselling is very easy and smooth. It requires following steps: Registration, Choice filling, Choice locking, Mock seat allotment, Announcement of seat allotment result, payment of seat acceptance fees, reporting of candidates at reporting centres, Confirmation of admission by allotted institute. You just have to select the colleges and the branches you are interested in with highest preference given to what you would like at the first place and last as which is your least prefered option.

When the councelling result will come, you'll get to know if you have gotten the seat or not. If you get the college and you want to take admission then submit the fees to lock the seat. And if don't get the seat or don't get the seat of your choice then you can go for further round councelling. You might be asked to submit the documents for verification then you have to submit the documents as well. Then document verification is done to confirm the seat. It's better if you are prepared with all the documents beforehand.
