hello aspirant ,
to get admission in iits you need to appear in jee advance exam.
however it is really difficult to say about cutoff. and cutoff can be varied from college to college and stream to stream. new iits like iit jodhpur, iit gandhinagar these has less cutoff than old iits like iit delhi, kharagpur etc.
