Dear Abhay, Jharkhand is one of the States with higher cut offs. To be able to secure a seat in a Government Medical College in Jharkhand even under OBC Quota, your score should be nothing less than 575. The 2019 cut offs are yet to be released officially. But going by the previous trends and cut offs, anything less than 575, might put you in a difficult position during Counselling.
