Your score is quite good,with this score you can approach to IITs to pursure mtech programs.As for IITs one need at least 700 score for pursuing further studies in their interested stream.Also you can apply for PSUs but chance of getting PSU is not quite high.For sureity wait till PSUs and IITs declares their own gate Cuttoff score.
