As per your question i want to know that if you have uploaded the wrong date in application form and you have not corrected your application form when the application edit was open from 19th of January to 21st of January.
It is not an issue but you should contact nta officials for this as it may create the problem at verification centre.

If you have wrong date of birth in the admit card, then you will give the jee mains with that wrong date of birth. But at the time of counseling it will create problems. Because during the counseling procedure, you will be rejected if your date of birth will not match the certificates of board. And then your rank will be of no use.
