what will happen if i don't pay fees in the second round while exercising choice 2, can i participate in neet counseling

You only need to pay 1000 as registration fee and 10000 as security deposit for participating in NEET counseling conducted by MCC (as a general category candidate). No fees will be charged after this. However if you are alloted a seat in first round of counseling and don't report at the college, your security deposit is confiscated and you need to pay 10000 again for second round of counseling.
