Means i will be considered a general candidate in jee advanced if i dont produce the caste certificate by jun 5

Apllication processes for JEE Mains anf JEE Advanced are different. So if you didn't upload your EWS certificate for JEE Advanced, it won't affect your JEE Mains status.
