They are simply out of process snd seats stand cancelled if no action is taken.
If you hadflaoted college you woukd have got upgraded seat and then can re float in second round.
Students hence might get opportunities in spot round counselling onky which too is not determined.

As per previous year, you will be out from counseling and now you can only participate in spot round if seats are vacant.
