Hello Aspirant,
Law degree of 3 years is a post graduation program which you can do after graduation that is 3+3 , six years
While 5 years law degree in an integrated program after 12 th
So one year is saved in 5 years law program.
Both the law programs have equal importance, only the difference is of one year
Now it's upon you what you want to choose as their is no major difference between the programs
