What would be better . MBA after b. Com or MBA after b. Com (hons.)?

I think both are good , and also it depends on you what you want to do simple b.com or b.com hons .it's not matter lot but if you do b.com hons in any field your degree and knowledge in particular field is good.  And it's better for mba also you have clear picture in your mind which have to choose in mba also .

Thanks for approaching us. firstly, opting for a professional degree like MBA, one should consider various aspects; one that should top the list is none other but your interest and tenacity. The eligibility of getting into MBA course is obtaining a Bachelors degree in any discipline (Honours/Pass) from a recognised university. But if you aspire to get into a good management institute, I would suggest you to start preparing for the entrance examinations like CAT, XAT, CMAT, SNAP etc. You should be prepared to move into management roles and be focussed about the positive and negative aspects of this domain.

However, if you want to keep a backup plan, go for B.Com (Hons); else you can opt for B.Com (Pass).
