Computer Engineering is the most prestigious course in each and every engineering college and if you are looking for an IIT then the cutoff goes in hundreds for most IITs and in thousands for some newly opened. And if you are looking for top 3 IITs than the cutoff is under 100.
There is only one IIT, IIT Jammu whose cutoff for CS goes as low as 6000. These cutoffs are rank wise.
If we look at the previous year results than in 2018 cutoff for CS in IIT Delhi and Mumbai ranged from 3 to 104 for Delhi and 1 to 62 for Mumbai for general category. CuToffs may vary according to your category also that is for SC/ST/OBC range of opening and closing rank become high but not that much.
