What would be the minimum mark (predicted from prev year trends) in JEE adv with which I would get a Top IIT and A core branch (EEE or CSE)?

Inorder to qualify JEE advance to get seat into IIT the minimum score is 115 for last year. Considering last year cutoff rank for top IIT's for CSE and EEE is as below :
