As the cutoff for IITs and NITs totally depends on the no. of students participated in that year and toughness level of paper. It varies per year. Also cutoff for different colleges are different. You can judge it only on the basis of past few years. Let us take example for NIT jamshedpur, where cutoff for mechanical 2018 is almost 13792-17371 (open gender - neutral) wheras for NIT Allahabad it is almost 5857-10553(open gender neutral).
