Whats reason behind getting low marks in Gate ME mock test?

The reason is simple and accurate

• With having low stratigies of solving the numericals .
• Less given time for the preparation.
• Not having the enough revision.
• Less knowledge about the important topics and syllabus.
• Not having the sufficient time to understand the scenario of the GATE Exam.
• Insufficient preparation of the major topics or may be due to the any type of mental pressure.

These are the some reasons which may be the root cause of not scoring the good marks in GATE Mock test.

The moment you start thinking about that, you lose. Trust me. There were many times when you may think about the repercussions of failing the exam. But once you realise how it will affect your focus, you should shook that idea off your mind and start to believe that you’ll actually top the exam. They say it right, aim for the stars, and you shall reach the moon. If an astronaut thought about what would happen if his rocket fails, would he be able to explore the sky

But yes, it doesn’t hurt to have a back up plan. The back up plan must be like to look for off campus jobs/internships, or to attempt GRE and look for MS opportunities. But by the time you started giving mock tests, I will be confident enough of getting high marks and was sure of getting some or the other NIT. If you arent able to score good in mocks, dont worry.Analyse the situation, your mistakes and sont make them twice.

Plus, the advantage with GATE is that you can attempt it multiple times. SO even if you get low marks, your battle isn’t over. You can still try and win it next time, just change your strategy.
